Educational Qualification
1️⃣ Assistant Manager
- MBA from recognized University
OR - 2 Years Full-Time PG Diploma in Business Management (AICTE approved)
OR - Chartered Accountant (CA)
2️⃣ Office Superintendent
- Second Class Graduate in any discipline
- 10 years administrative experience in Government/Semi-Government/Board/Corporation
- CCC+ Certificate
3️⃣ Assistant Junior Clerk
- Second Class Graduate in any discipline
- CCC Certificate from Government recognized institute

Assistant Manager
- Pay Level 9
- ₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800 + Allowances
Office Superintendent
- Pay Level 8
- ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 + Allowances
Assistant Junior Clerk
- Fixed Pay ₹26,000 for 3 years
- After satisfactory service → Level 2
- ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 + Allowances
