Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
- Government recognized ANM / Female Health Worker Course
- Multi Purpose Health Worker Course
- ANM Diploma
- Government recognized Basic Computer Course Certificate
Preference:
Candidates having experience as MPHW in Government Health Department / District Panchayat / Municipal Corporation / Municipality will be given preference as per rules.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
- 10 Years relaxation for Divyang candidates
- 5 Years relaxation for reserved categories (as per Gujarat Government rules)
- Maximum age shall not exceed 45 years (except AMC employees)
Salary (Pay Scale)
- Fixed Pay: ₹26,000/- per month (for first 3 years)
- After 3 years: Level-2 Pay Matrix ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 + Allowances as per rules
