Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have:
(i) Degree Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
AND - A Degree in Teaching / Education (B.Ed / Equivalent) from a recognized University.
(ii) Experience Requirement
Minimum 5 years of combined or separate experience in:
- Teaching OR
- Administration in education field in
- Government
- Local bodies
- Universities
- Private or public sector self-financed educational organisations
Experience should be on posts equivalent to:
- Assistant Teacher (Secondary / Higher Secondary)
- Kelavani Nirikshak
- Extension Officer (Education)
- Additional District Education Inspector
- Head Teacher (Primary)
Computer Knowledge
Basic knowledge of computer application as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
Language Knowledge
Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Exam Deposit Fee

Candidates scoring less than 15% marks in prelims will not qualify for interview.
