Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• HSC (12th Pass) from a recognized board.
• Fireman Training Certificate (6-month course) from a government-recognized institute.
• OR Fireman OR Driver-cum-Pump Operator Certificate.
• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License.
• Basic Computer Knowledge as per Gujarat Government rules.
• Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years

• Fixed Pay: ₹26,000 per month for first 3 years.
• After successful service & performance:
  • Pay Matrix Level-2: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
