- Graduate Trainee (Mines): B.E/B.Tech in Mining (60% marks)
- GT (Mechanical): B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical (60% marks)
- GT (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics disciplines (60% marks)
- GT (Chemical): B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (60% marks)
- MT (Geology): Post Graduate Degree in Geology / Applied Geology (60% marks)
- GT (Process): Chemical / Metallurgy / Mineral Processing qualifications
- MT (Materials/Contract Mgmt.): Engineering Degree OR MBA/PG Diploma (60% marks)
- MT (Systems): B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA (60% marks)
- MT (Personnel/Welfare): MSW / IRPM / MBA (HR) (60% marks)
- Manager (Survey): Graduate with Surveyor’s Certificate & experience
