- Knowledge of Hindi & English typing
- One-year Computer Diploma from any recognized institution such as:

- DOEACC
- Government Polytechnic (Modern Office Management)
- Government ITI (COPA Certificate)

- B.E / B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc (CS/IT), B.Sc (CS/IT), M.Tech / ME

- Level-7 (Selected Districts): ₹28,700 – ₹91,300
